Good news for Doc’s Ford’s Rum Bar and Grille lovers: the restaurant has added several new items to the menu.

New Year, New Menu
The menu is getting freshened up with delectable dishes including new seafood choices and ribs. You can view the whole menu on the Doc Ford’s website.
I can’t wait to plunge my fork into the hand-cut Redfish which is described as char-grilled, marinated with achiote spice and comes with black beans, rice, plantains and pico de gallo.
You’ve heard of or eaten their Yucatán Shrimp; now you can get your hands on Yucatán Baked Oysters. These are freshly shucked with the Doc’s own Yucatán sauce and features Manchego cheese on top.
If you’re looking for comfort food, the new ribs are basted with Doc’s BBQ sauce and come with a side of garlic smashed potatoes (or fries) and the house slaw.
