Parking at the Alison Hagerup Beach parking lot is now more convenient thanks to an upgrade from the Captiva Erosion Prevention District. Effective April 14, 2022, you can now use the Captiva Island parking app, via the ParkMobile.
ParkMobile is only for Captiva’s Alison Hagerup Beach Park lot. The Turner Beach lot still only accepts credit and debit cards.
Captiva Island Parking App
Captiva is now part of more than 400 communities using ParkMobile, known as the nation’s most popular parking app.
If you already use the ParkMobile app, you’re good to go. Be sure to add your rental car license plate to your account before parking.
Instructions:
- Once you’re in the lot, open the app
- Enter the parking lot zone number, located on the lot signs
- Choose the amount of time you want to park, to start your session
Setting up your account on ParkMobile is easy:
- Step 1: Download the ParkMobile App on the App Store or Google Play
- Step 2: Create an account
- Step 3: Enter your vehicle information
- Step 4: Set up payment method
- Step 5: Find ParkMobile enabled parking
