What is the Island Hopper Songwriter Fest?
The Island Hopper Songwriter Fest runs Sept. 18-27, 2026, moving across four stops in the Fort Myers area over ten days, starting on Captiva Island before heading to Cape Coral, downtown Fort Myers, and Fort Myers Beach. The festival is built around more than 60 free performances by songwriters affiliated with Broadcast Music, Inc. (BMI), playing intimate sets at restaurants, marinas, and resort venues
