As our beloved Sanibel and Captiva Islands begin to assess the damage left by Hurricane Ian, the islands and their businesses remain closed. Many of you have asked how you can support Sanibel and Captiva businesses and their employees.
Several island buildings and businesses have been severely damaged or destroyed. The hurricane left many employees without work. Some island businesses have set up fundraisers to help their employees and recovery efforts.
