Vacation daydreaming isn’t the key to productivity, but it does help pass the time between trips. Thanks to some of our favorite local businesses, you can take a virtual visit to the island, anytime you want, with their Captiva Island beach cams.
With a tap of your finger, you’ll be able to see those spectacular Captiva Island views: palm trees swaying in the wind, waves crashing on the shore, and even the perfect Captiva Island sunsets.

The Mucky Duck Beach Cam
Long before Zoom happy hours were a thing, the Mucky Duck started broadcasting a live feed from its beachfront patio. You won’t have their great food or live music, but you can still get a front row view of the Captiva Island beach.

South Seas Island Resort Beach Cams
South Seas Island Resort offers three live feeds from its resort grounds. You can see what’s happening on the beach, at the pool, or even on the gulf side. Each camera faces the water, providing you a unique view of all the resort has to offer.
South Seas’ Beach Cam will give you the most head-on view of Captiva’s beach. Situated just south of the golf course on the resort’s private beach, you can watch the waves wash ashore, or live vicariously through the vacation goers with their toes in the sand.
The King’s Crown Cam overlooks Pine Island Sound, providing you with a view of the observation dock, the impeccably manicured resort grounds, several palm trees and boats passing through the sound.

South Seas’ Pool Cam has the most northern view of the island and one that is unique to the resort. Overlooking two of the pools, you can see the poolside tiki bar, dozens of palm trees and just a peak at the waters of Pine Island Sound.
